What Made My Friday The 13th Complete
The news I got on Friday the 13th was this:
Barring a last-minute rally like the one that saved Jericho, Divalicious Volume 2 will be the last volume.
Amy Mebberson and I were in bad moods after hearing that.
But there are compensations. We will get the chance to revise, retool and expand Volume 2, adding forty-two pages, so that it represents a proper conclusion. And I've found a wonderful collaborator in Amy, one with whom I think I'll be working again.
I've been here before. We'll survive.

I've begun to muster the masses on my dA account and Myspace anyway, so mostly good thoughts coming in there.
Turns out that Erica Reis (Sea Princess Azumi) got her title canned as well.
I'm sorry, T. I found myself enjoying the first volume a great deal and was anxious for the second. Is there any chance they'll let you guys pitch another project to them once volume 2 is completed?
I'm still doing a little work for them on extra stuff. But I pitched them Burgerzone late last year and the response was basically "We like it, but right now we need to retrench." I expect they'll be continuing to retrench for a while.
